Stephen Lake
Stephen Lewis Lake, age 79, of Ludington, passed away on Saturday, January 30th at home. Stephen was born on October 12, 1936 in Ludington, MI son of the late Ralph and Lucille (Wilson) Lake. Stephen was a truck driver for many years and operated his own lawn care business until retiring due to his health in 2005. His hobbies included building model trains and trucks and became a builder of log cabin doll houses. He also enjoyed fishing whenever he had the chance to go. Stephen is survived by his Daughters; Tammy (Larry) Rogers of Ludington, Tracy Clarkson of Bufored, GA. Sons; Ralph J. (Karen) Lake of Roseville, MI and Jack D. (Tiffany) Lake of Hopkinsville, KY. Step children; Debbie, Denise and Zane. Sisters; Janice (Dwight) Wheelock of Greenville, MI, Joan Kaatz of Fountain. He also had ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother and father and two sisters; Evelyn Smith and Susie Foor. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
