Francis Lawrence Marquis Watrous, Saskatchewan Obituary

Francis Lawrence Marquis

Marquis, Francis (Frank) Lawrence, born June 12, 1941, passed away suddenly at midnight on Tuesday, January 26, 2016. His wife, Mary, and daughter Joanne, along, with members of his extended family were with him as he peacefully drifted away from life as we know it. Frank leaves to mourn his wife, Mary Marquis, Saskatoon; mother, Mary Marquis, Wetaskewin, AB; daughter, Joanne Marquis, Saskatoon; son, Darryl Marquis, Perdue, Sk; brother, Joe (Viola) Marquis, Quesnel, B.C.; sister Cecelia Corgen, Wetaskewan, AB; brother, Dennis (Debbie) Marquis, Wetaskewin, AB; granddaughter, Holly, Saskatoon; brother-in-law, Peter (Joyce) Picklyk and sister-in-law, Elsie Fennel. And special companion: Candy, the Pomeranian. Frank was predeceased by his father, Arthur, his brothers Bob and Selven. Frank fought a long battle with many ailments, but, always put his best foot forward: his many friends and relatives can vouch for his readiness to solve any of their mechanical, electrical, or other problems. He was only happy when he was busy. He was an avid ham radio user and his call # VE5-NT will no longer answer the calls. Farewell to a GOOD MAN who leaves many good memories.
