Rhonda S. Jacobs, 50, of Decatur, IN passed away Monday, January 25, 2016 at her residence. Rhonda was born on May 28, 1965 in Adams County to Francis and Lois (Brodbeck) Pollock. On August 25, 1984, Rhonda married George B. Jacobs. Rhonda was employed by Gold Shield. Survivors include her husband, George Brian Jacobs of Decatur; mother, Lois Pollock of Decatur; son, Lucas D. Jacobs of Decatur; three daughters, Rachal L. (Jared) Herman of Decatur, Holly E. (Jacob) Stevens of Berne, and Katie M. Jacobs (Fiancé Aaron Chronister); brother, Mark A. Pollock of Monroeville; sister, Angie M. White of Monroe; and 6 grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 28, 2016 at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 29, 2016 also at the funeral home and burial will take place in the Decatur Cemetery. Memorials are to Heartland Hospice Care.
