Bernice Caldwell age 83 was born to Jerry Moorehead and Willie Mae Braswell Moorehead July 2, 1932, in Rome, Georgia. She peacefully went to meet the lord on January 21, 2016 at Grant Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents Jerry and Willie Mae Braswell, first husband Horace McArver, second husband William A. Caldwell Jr, her daughters Stella "Nancy" Montgomery and Denna (McArver) Walker. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her partner Norman Jones, siblings Sally, Aver, Turk, Annie and David. Sons, Lewis E. McArver, Ralph McArver, Kelvin B. Caldwell. Daughters, Pamela (McArver) Jones, and Tamiko L. Caldwell. Ms. Caldwell was blessed with several grand children, great grand children and great-great grandchildren. Bernice lived life to the fullest. Her spirit was vivacious and she never met a stranger. Bernice was a avid entrepreneur and faithful community servant and if there was anyone in need , she was there to assist when duty was called. She immensely enjoyed gardening, fishing and spending time with her family and friends.
