It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Doug Patacairk on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at Bonnechere Manor, in his 83rd year. He is survived by his loving wife Lynne. Father of Selena (Jim) Weedon and Jamie. Loving grandfather of Lisa (Ben) Dunn and his very special Liam, and great-grandfather of Ella and Cooper Dunn. Predeceased by his parents John & Delia, his sisters Vivian, Pauline, Julie and brother Ed. Leaving behind brothers Ron, Bob, Bruce and sister Fran. A Celebration of Life will be held at Bonnechere Manor in Renfrew, on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 2 p.m. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to CHEO would be appreciated by the family. Doug spent his career of 33 years at Ottawa Hydro, and was a long time member of the West Ottawa Lions Club. Special thanks to the wonderful, caring staff at The Bonnechere Manor.
