Debra A. Dye, age 58, of Lebanon, Virginia, passed away Saturday (January 2, 2016) at the home of her sister in Dandridge, Tennessee, following a long courageous battle with cancer. Born June 13, 1957 in Richlands, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Walter Marion and Lola Maggie Vance Dye and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert Dye, Cletis Dye, and Dexter Dye, and one sister, Frances Breedlove.

Survivors include two sons, Dustin Brown and Cody Brown both of White Pines, Tennessee; two grandsons, Jordan Brown and Jase Brown; two brothers, Earl Dye and wife, Frances and Chester Dye and wife, Shirley; two sisters, Mary Tuggle and Linda Sisk; nine nieces and eleven nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, Virginia with Rev. Tommy Dye and Rev. David Perkins officiating. Interment will follow in Ketron Memorial Gardens at Lebanon, Virginia.

Relatives and friends will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2:30 PM -4:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the Honaker Funeral Home, Honaker, Virginia.
