<p>Millinocket – Mary C. Jamieson, 91, passed away peacefully at the Millinocket Regional Hospital on Friday, December 18, 2015. She was born July 26, 1924 in Millinocket, the daughter of Martin Leo and Florence (Stewart) Jamieson, Sr.</p><p>Mary was a graduate of Stearns High School, class of 1944. She went to Hartford, Connecticut where she worked for many years. She returned to Millinocket to care for her parents. She worked for Great Northern Paper Company for many years, retiring in 1987. Mary was a faithful communicant of Christ the Divine Mercy Parish. She will be missed by many, especially her Bingo friends.</p><p>Mary is survived by two sisters, Kathlen Spraggon and Theresa Juttner, and two brothers, Martin Leo Jamieson, Jr., and Joseph Jamieson; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Lottie Kay and a brother, William Jamieson.</p><p>Friends are invited to visit with the family 9-10:30 A.M. Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the Lamson Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack St., Millinocket. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 A.M. Tuesday, December 22 at Christ the Divine Mercy Parish, St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 19 Colby Street, Millinocket, with the Rev. Bruce Siket, pastor, presider. Spring committal services will be held at the Millinocket Cemetery. Gifts in memory of Mary may be sent to the Katahdin Area Support Group, P.O. Box 374, Millinocket, ME 04462. </p>
