Garland Truett Greer, 61, of Winchester passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at his home in Winchester.
Mr. Greer was born on February 6, 1954, in Winchester, VA, the son of the late Grayson and Mildred Greer. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology then continued his education abroad. He was a member of Duncan Memorial Methodist Church.
He is survived by his two brothers, Jeff Greer (Cheryl) of Kentucky and Grayson “Mouse” Greer (Karen) of Ashville, NC.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Shenandoah Memorial Park Chapel with Rev. Jeff Butcher officiating. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA of Winchester, Frederick and Clarke Counties, 115 Featherbed Lane, Winchester, VA 22601.
