He is survived by his parents, Ervin Leon Parnell and Betty Kaye Hall Parnell of Grove Hill, AL; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
Visitation will be held at Hopewell Baptist Church on Sunday, November 22, 2015 from 5 to 9 pm. Funeral services will be held at Hopewell Baptist Church on Monday, November 23, 2015 at 11:00 am with Rev. Warren Huggins officiating. Burial will be in the Smith Cemetery in Chilton, AL.
