Andrew M. Urbanik, 77, formerly of Clarence, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at the Hearthside Nursing Home in State College. Born on March 21, 1938, in Clarence, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary Homala Urbanik. <br> Andrew attended the Snow Shoe High School. He was enlisted in the United States Army Reserves from January 1956 until February 1958 where he earned the rank of Specialist Third Class. He was employed at Carlin’s Coal Company until retirement.<br> Andrew was of the Catholic faith, being a member of the Queen of Archangel Roman Catholic Parish Church in Clarence. He was also a member of the Clarence American Legion Post #813 and the Snow Shoe VFW Post #5644. He enjoyed all sports, especially football and baseball.<br> Andrew is survived by two brothers; Frank Urbanik of Bellefonte and John Urbanik of Clarence, three sisters; Helen Fomich of Clarence, Ann Butterworth of Clarence, and Mildred Mahalik of Snow Shoe. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.<br> Along with his parents, Andrew was preceded in death by three brothers; Joseph Urbanik, Steve Urbanik, and Michael Urbanik, and by one sister, Mary Fomich.<br> Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, November 23, 2015 at 10am at the Queen of Archangels Parish Church in Clarence with Father Mark R. Reid officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery in Clarence.<br> In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the Queen of Archangels Roman Catholic Parish Church, 102 Church St. Clarence, PA 16829.<br> Arrangements have been entrusted to Daughenbaugh Funeral Home, 106 W.
