Adelaide Dodds, 89, of Frederick Living, passed away November 10, 2015. She was the widow of the late John H. Dodds II. Born in Mount Joy, PA, she was a daughter of the late William M. Workman MD and the late Adelaide (Breen) Workman; and the step-daughter of the late Florence (Worthington) Workman. Adelaide was a member of St. Matthews United Methodist Church, Wayne, PA where she taught Sunday School and was the Children's Coordinator. She volunteered at Norristown State Hospital, Meals on Wheels in Upper Merion, and was a member of the Women's Club of Upper Merion. <br><br>Surviving are her sons: John (Evelyn) of Philadelphia, William (Beverly) of Montgomeryville, PA, Robert (Laurie) of Eagleville, PA, Thomas (Bruna) of Collegeville and Douglas (Kim) of Haddon Heights, NJ; and 14 grandchildren. She was predeceased by siblings: Marion, William and James.<br><br>Services will be: Friday, November 20, at 7:30 PM at Frederick Living. Friends may gather from 7-7:30 PM <br><br>In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Norristown Ministries, 530 Church Street, Norristown, PA 19401.
