Pamela Denise Tilson

Pamela Tilson, age 56, Erwin passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Monday, November 9, 2015. She was a Unicoi County native and lived most of her life in Erwin. Pamela attended West Park Street Free Will Baptist Church. She was employed by Regal-Beloit Corporation where she worked in production. Pamela was preceded in death by one son, Joshua Heath Duncan on May 8, 1998 and her brother, Greg Tilson on January 14, 1990.

Pamela leaves behind to cherish her memories one son, Jerry DeWayne Duncan, Erwin; parents, J.D. and Betty Loyd Tilson, Erwin; two sisters: her twin, Tammy Williams and husband, Johnny, Erwin; Lisa Tilson, Colorado; two grandchildren: Hannah and Heath Duncan; three nephews: J. J. Williams and Travis Harris both of Erwin, Nodin Tilson, Colorado. Several cousins also survive.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 12, 2015 from 5:00 P. M. until the hour of service at the Robert Ledford Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Ron Fender will officiate at the 7:00 P. M. funeral service. Music will be provided by Inez Chandler. Honorary pallbearers will be Travis Harris and Greg Harris. Active pallbearers will be J. J. Williams, Johnny Williams, Jason Tilson, Adam Bailey, Eddie Whitson, Tim Sallings and Roger Hayes. Entombment will be held on Friday at 11:00 A. M. in the Evergreen Mausoleum. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the Robert Ledford Funeral Home by 10:30 A. M. Friday to go in procession to the Mausoleum.
