Savannah G. Hogan entered this earthly life on January 15,1930 to the late Rev. Joseph and Roberta Evans in Dickson, Tennessee. She passed away peacefully on Monday, September 28,2015. Savannah moved to Columbus in 1950. She went to Central High School where She received her nursing license, Later she worked at the Columbus State Hospital as a nursing Assistant. She was a member of World Peace Temple where she received her minister's License under Madam Steele. She was faithful member of Holy Temple Church of God where she served on the Mother Board. She was also a woman of various talents and achievements. Her favorite saying is " Ain't God Good!" Her favorite scripture is Psalm 27. To those who know her, may her shared memories bring peace and a smile. To those who did not, you missed meeting a Lady of God. She was married for 67 years to Billy Hogan. Out of this union they had 2 sons and 2 daughters. She preceded in death by her son, Charles. She Leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Billy Hogan, son James (Margo) Hogan, daughters, Alberta Freeman and Eartha Johnson, Daughter-in-law, Deborah Hogan, grandchildren, Herbert Hogan, Kevin (Alana Simpson) Hogan, Alex Hughes, Eddie Cunningham II, Sharena (Matelli) Graves, Alicia Joy Hogan, sister, Vera Brown, Nashville, Tenn. and a host of great-grandchildren,nieces,nephews and friends
