ALMAS, Beatrice Louise (nee McCall) - Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Monday September 28, 2015 in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late Maxwell Elwood Almas (1986). Loving mother of Alan Almas and Emily (Frank) Piovesan and mother-in-law of Ruth (Bill) Lane. Cherished grandmother of John (Beata) Piovesan, Tresa (James) Chamberlain, Jason Piovesan, Susan (Peter) Kalin, Jennifer Almas, Mark (Charity) Almas, Trevor (Tanya) Almas and Tracy (Jeff) Mouland and great-grandmother of thirteen great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Jean Dusten and Charlie Edwards. Beatrice is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father Victor McCall, step-father Rev. Austin Edwards, her mother Ina McCall-Edwards as well as her son Austin Almas and grandson Craig Almas and sister-in-law Arleita Edwards. Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Friday October 2, 2015 from 2:30-4:30 & 7-9pm, the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday October 3, 2015 at 11:00am. Interment to take place at the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart & Stroke Foundation, or Mission Outreach at Huron Park Baptist Church.
