DeJONGE, Catharina Clausina - Passed away at Caressant Care Nursing Home on Monday September 28, 2015 in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Michael DeJonge (2013). Loving mother of Joanna (Jeff) Sweete. Cherished grandmother of Ashlee and Nicole Sweete. Dear sister of Cor and Truus VanBergen. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Joanna VanBergen, her brother Nick VanBergen and her sisters Jean VandenBerg and Anna Boek. Lovingly remembered by several nieces and nephews. The family would like to give a special thank you to all of the care givers, nurses and friends at Caressant Care Nursing home in Woodstock. Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Friday October 2, 2015 from 10-11am, where the memorial service will be held in the chapel at 11:00am.
