Noelle Starr Arpin was born on September 13, 2015 to her parents Kevin and Carly Arpin at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT. She passed away peacefully in her parents’ arms on the morning of September 20, 2015. Though her time with us was brief, the impact she left on those who loved her was great. Ellie’s heart was small in size, but strong in spirit as she fought to give her loving parents 7 days to live life with her. While here, Noelle enjoyed walks outside, cuddling on her daddy’s chest, singing songs with her mommy, meeting her grandparents, aunts, and uncles, and spending time with her favorite nurses. Noelle’s family and friends will have the opportunity to continue to celebrate her life on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the Coventry Pietras Funeral Home. Calling hours will be from 10am-12pm immediately followed by a short service at 12:00 pm and burial at the New Coventry Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider making donations to two organizations that made a huge impact on Noelle’s life. The Connecticut Children’s Medical Center NICU worked tirelessly to provide Noelle with love and care while she was here.
