William “Bill” Frank Paskiewicz, Sr., age 85, of Waterboro, ME, formerly of Milford, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2015 in Maine. He was born on September 08, 1929 in Milford to the late Frank and Antonette Fiewszyius Paskiewicz. He proudly served in the US Army and was stationed in Iceland during the Korean War. Before retirement, William was employed as a foreman for the CT Dept. of Transportation. After retirement, he worked at Orange Hills Country Club and was an avid gardener. He was also a member of Thaddeus Kosciuszko Society, Knights of Columbus and VFW Post 7788. Mr. Paskiewicz is survived by his loving wife Barbara Fogler Paskiewicz of 60 years, children; Stephen Paskiewicz of Sanford, ME, Susan Taylor and her husband Steven of Clinton, Andrew Paskiewicz and his wife Robin of Milford, George Paskiewicz of San Diego, 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he is also predeceased by his son, William Paskiewicz, Jr., brothers, Anthony and Raymond, and sister Frances. A visitation will be held Sunday, September 13, 2015 from 11am to 2pm at the Smith Funeral Home, 135 N. Broad St., Milford. A graveside service will take place in St. Mary Cemetery, Buckingham Ave, Milford on Monday, September 14th at 10am with full Military Honors.
