Kelli Lee Goulart, age 45, of Milford passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2015 in Milford Hospital. She was born on September 25, 1969 in Bridgeport to Clarence “James” and Janice Frederickson Carter of Milford. She was employed for Subway as an accountant for 17 years before working for the City of Milford in job search and employment training. An active member of the community, she served on the Milford Oyster Festival Committee. Besides her parents, she is survived by her loving husband Richard Goulart, sisters Mary D’Amato and her husband James, Hope Martin and her husband Jake all of Milford, brother Kevin Carter and his wife Kristin of Pompano Beach, FL, nephews James and Frank D’Amato, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Calling hours are Monday, August 24, 2015 from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Smith Funeral Home, 135 N Broad St., Milford, with a prayer service following at 7pm. Interment will be private.
