Norma C. Minner, 82, of Clubside Drive, Moon Twp, a wife, mom, mother in law, Nana, great grandmother, and great great grandma passed away the evening of August 13, 2015 with comfort and care at a grandson's home. Family and friends surrounded her with visits and much love during her final days.

Born in Mahoningtown, PA on Feb. 3, 1933, Norma was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nicola Cercone. She married Jack Minner on July 30, 1949. She could be described as a strong, energetic, hardworking Italian woman who valued family most of all. She is a member of St Vincent DePaul Parish. She was involved and a supporter of the New Castle Paws and Taws and the dance committee of Cascade Park in New Castle.

Norma is survived by two sons, William Minner and wife Suzanne of Grove City, and Jack Minner Jr and wife Nancy of Moon Township; with 6 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Norma was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Visitation will be on Monday, August 17, 2015 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home, 3000 Wilmington Rd. Blessing services will be conducted at 11:00am on Tuesday at the funeral home, conducted by Father Frank Almade.

Interment will take place in Parkside Cemetery.
