KING, Jean E. - At the St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener on Saturday July 25th 2015. Jean Elizabeth King (nee Brown) of Trinity Village, Kitchener and formerly of Hickson and Woodstock was in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Clarence King. Loved mother of Elaine (Don Hutzler) King of Kitchener, Judy (Larry) Kostyk of Qualicum Beach, BC. Cherished grandmother of Kyle Kostyk of Calgary, AB. Dear sister of Doris Bower of Toronto. Predeceased by her parents Byron and Annie Brown. Jean was a member of the Hickson United Church and UCW. Jean spent many years as a Sunday School teacher, leader of the 4H Homemaking Club and farmed in the Hickson area for over 27 years. A Funeral Service will be held at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Tuesday July 28th 2015 at 1:30 pm. Visitation one hour prior to service.
