William Keyton
William Snyder “Billy” Keyton, Jr, 61, of Berryville, VA died on Monday, July 13, 2015 in the Winchester Medical Center. Billy was born May 26, 1954 in Winchester, VA the son of William S. Keyton, Sr. and the late Helen Louise Hodgson Keyton. He was a graduate of Handley High School Class of 1972. He was a divisional manager for the National Association of Letter Carriers Health Benefit Plan for twenty nine years until his retirement this January 2015. He is survived by his partner and spouse, Harry Dowl, we spent thirty-six wonderful years. He is also survived by his father, Bill and his step mother, Nancy Keyton of Stephens City, VA; brother, Paul Keyton and his wife, Stephanie of Winchester; a sister, Marilyn Harper of Stephens City; an aunt, Alice Louise Dicks of Winchester and several nieces and nephews. Billy was a wonderful person to all he met. Memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity in Billy’s name.Obituary
