Rubie Marie Davis Squires 97, passed away July 6, 2015, at Rush Speciality Hospital in Meridian. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday July 10,2015, from Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel with Rev. Carl Williams officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes directing. Burial will follow in Demopolis Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. She is preceded by her parents, William and Estelle Gay Davis; husband, William Huey Squires; son, William Aubrey Squires; daughter in law, Carol Copeland Squires; brother, Red Davis. She is survived by her granddaughter, Lindsay Squires Raby of Brundridge ; great-grandchildren, Tyler Duncan, Emilie Duncan and Connor Raby; neice, Ann D. Domain (Mike) of Atlanta, Ga.; nephew, Tommy Davis (Cindy) of Birmingham. Pallbearers will be Tom Sessions, Bo McAlpine, Keith Yeager, Arthur Evans, Mike McAlpine and Tyler Raby.
