Richard John Audino

<p>Attorney Richard John Audino, Sr., 90, of Neshannock Township, born October 26, 1924, passed away July 5, 2015 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Anita, his son Richard Jr., his dear mother, Rita Vesco, and his brother, Joseph Audino. Richard is survived by his sons, Joseph McIlvenny and wife Karen and Michael Audino and his daughters Amy Larko and Rita Zuley and husband Larry as well as their children and grandchildren. </p><p><br></p><p>Born in New Castle, he volunteered and served in the US Navy during WWII as a signalman first class. Richard graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1953 and was a member of the law review. He was a practicing attorney in Lawrence County for more than 50 years. He also was a Former Assistant District Attorney in Lawrence County and Former Lawrence County Solicitor. He was a devoted member of the Catholic Church and a parishioner of St. Camillus parish. Richard was a man of strong religious and political convictions and above all loved his family. He will be dearly missed by his friends and family. </p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 7, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 3000 Wilmington Rd. A procession will leave the funeral home Wednesday at 9:30am to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am at St. Camillus Church, officiated by Father Michael Peck. </p><p><br></p><p>Interment will take place in St. Vitus Cemetery. </p><p><br></p><p>Memorial contributions may be made in Richard's honor to Catholic Charities 119 E. North Street, New Castle, PA 16101.</p>
