It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of their dear father on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at the age of 45. Loving father of Deanna and Jordyn. Cherished son of Arlene (the late Jack). Much loved brother of Ellen, Cathy and Wanetta and their families. Derek will be fondly remembered by his dear friends Corry and Dave, and his many family and friends. Resting at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue, Toronto, (North of Rexdale Blvd.), on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 6pm-9pm. Funeral Service will be celebrated in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 11am. Interment Glendale Memorial Gardens.
