Jack E. Lockhart Jr. passed away Sunday, June 21, 2015 at home in Winchester, Virginia. He was born November 29, 1949 in Winchester, to the late Jack E. Lockhart, Sr and Helen Jones Lockhart. Jack is survived by his two children and their families. His daughter Amy Lockhart Muller, his son-in-law Robert, and three grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexander and Ainsley Muller of Kyle, TX; his son Jason Lockhart, daughter-in-law Ashley, and two grandchildren, Sydney and Jack. He is also survived by his sister, Evelyn McKee and her family; as well as, his long-time girlfriend Yvonne Hawkins. Jack was an avid golfer and hunter, and had been part of many bowling leagues and softball teams in his younger years. Jack loved his family dearly and will be missed greatly. As he would say, he has “Gone huntin’”. Family visitation will be held at Jones Funeral Home on Friday June 26 from 1:00-2:00 with the funeral service following at 2:00. Private burial will be held at Shenandoah Memorial Park immediately following the services.
