Melanie Lynn Goode Melanie passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2015 following a lengthly illness. She was born January 15, 1970 in Charleston, WV; the daughter of M. Lynn Skaggs Robinson. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Six and Sally Skaggs. Melanie was such a “sweet soul” and was quite the champion of the underdog, minorities, and anyone who she deemed was being mistreated. She lovingly called them “her people”. She was the ultimate caretaker. Melanie will be sorely missed by all who knew her. There will be no service at this time. Interment will be beside her beloved grandparents in Rosewood Cemetery in Lewisburg, WV. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to your local ASPCA or pet rescue.
