SMITH: Dorothy Isabel September 8, 1922 – June 9, 2015 The death of Dorothy Smith, aged 92 years, of Watrous, SK occurred peacefully at St. Paul’s Hospital, Saskatoon, SK on Tuesday, June 9, 2015. She was predeceased by her parents Roy and Mae Murdoch; husbands Jack (1962), and Harry (1990); brothers Russell and Don; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Jessie Murdoch, Jean Smith, Jim and Addie Smith, Hazel and Ben Walland. Dorothy is survived by her daughter Linda (Larry) Doetzel; son John (Patti); son Lyle (Pat), grandchildren John D. Smith, Elizabeth (Joel) Paul, Dawn (Bob) Lee, Sheree (Pat) Law; great-grandchildren Ryder Smith, Sydney, Julia and Reier Lee, Emma and Kayla Law; sister-in-law Rosella Murdoch; nieces and nephews Kevin, Heather (Ray), Isobel (Yvonne), Noble (Loreen), Wynn (George), Charles; as well as numerous friends and neighbours. The Funeral Service will be held in Watrous United Church, Watrous, SK on Saturday, June 13th at 2:00 p.m. with Dr. Kathleen James-Cavan officiating. A Funeral Lunch will be held in the lower level of the church immediately following the service. Interment will be held in Watrous Cemetery at a later date.
