Richard “Rick” Lane Crick, 57 of Senatobia, MS passed away on May 31, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – North MS in Oxford, MS. He was born on August 19, 1957 in Indianola, MS to Lloyd Binford Crick and Helen Ruth Self Crick. He graduated from Greenville Christian School and received his B.S. degree from Blue Mountain College. He shared his lifelong love of music with others as a music teacher having served at Greenville Christian School, St. Joseph Catholic School in Greenville, Senatobia High School, and Magnolia Heights School in Senatobia. He was also involved with the music department at Baddour Memorial Center in Senatobia. He was a member of Highland Baptist Church and had previously served as youth director at several churches including Emanuel Baptist Church in Greenville, MS. Mr. Crick is survived by three sisters, Gwen Austin, Renee Smith (Mark), and Stephanie Baxter (Bo); and one brother, Trent Crick (Dana). He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Crick and his parents. A memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Highland Baptist Church in Senatobia, MS.
