John Napier

John Wayne Napier age 73 of Cartersville, died Friday May 15, 2015 in Lexington. Wayne was the son of the late John and Ruby Hopkins Napier, and he was a brick mason for Barger Masonry. Wayne is survived by his daughter Sandy (Ronnie) Holman, his siblings Lonnie (Barbara) Napier, Janice (Lloyd) Fain, Gary Dean Napier, and grandchildren: Ashley Napier White (Derek), Trevor Holman, and Taylor Holman. Wayne was also preceded in death by his wife Nora Louise Napier, and second wife Joyce Cottongim Napier and two brothers Dorse Napier, and Jerry Napier. Funeral services will be Monday at White Lick Baptist Church at 7 pm with Rev. Wayne Dunn and Rev. Glenn Daugherty officiating. Pallbearers will be: Mark Fain, Barry Fain, Jeff Napier, David Napier, Daniel Napier, Keith Napier, Dale Willis, Trevor Short, Trevor Holman, and Lucas Short. Honorary Pallbearers are John Causey, Smokey Childress, Kenny Kinnard, Derek White, John Wilson, Ronnie Holman, Delbert Childress, Ralph Creech, Brett Short and Christy Short.
