Mary Eleanore (Walkey) Pretty ~ of Harriston, at Palmerston and District Hospital on Sunday, April 26, 2015 in her 99th year. Mary was the wife of the late Howard Pretty who predeceased her in 2002. Dear mother of Joan Wilson and her husband Ted of Palmerston, Donald Pretty of Toronto, and Robert Pretty and his wife Srey Rath Mai of Leamington, and mother-in-law of Marie Pretty of Harriston. She will be remembered by her grandchildren Joan and Iain Beauregard, Beth and Brian Ellis, Michael Pretty, Carol and Steve Painter, Cheryl Moore, Charlie Pretty, and Sita Voeun-Pretty; by her great-grandchildren Justin, Alyssa, Sianna, Kiara, Cameron, Caitlin,,Cory, Vanessa, Corey, Casey, Collin, Katie and Kyle; and by her great-great-grandchildren Alec, Jazmine and Teagan. Mary was predeceased by her son George Pretty, her grandson Jonathan Pretty and her brother Art Walkey. Friends may call at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 30th at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Harriston Cemetery. Memorial donations to Harriston United Church or Stratford-Perth Humane Society would be appreciated.
