Mr. John Griggs to cherish his warm, friendly smile and wonderful since of humor are two daughters, Patricia (Aaron) Combs of Belleville, IL and Denise (Joe) Stuart-Simmons of St. Louis, MO; three sons, Jewel Stuart of Sacramento, CA, Cortez Stuart of St Louis, MO and Gary Stuart of East St Louis, IL. He will also be missed by his lovely grandchildren, Tanya Stuart, DeCarlos Garner, LeJoshua Smith, Trevion Scott, JaUan Scott, Orlando Stuart, Cortez Randolph, Chaurday Randolph and Gary Stuart Jr; ten great-grandchildren; nephews, George (Jean) Wilson, David Lavern Heidelberg, Darin White, Bobby Franklin, Antoine Jones (who was like a son); very special cousins, Bernadette Bowens-Washington, Odessa M. Backstrom and Leverne B. Wizzard; a very special friend, Gene (who he loved like a brother) and many relatives, friends and associates.
