Delphine Dolores Dumas Delphine “Del” Dolores Dumas age 73 of Manistee, passed away on Monday April 20, 2015 surrounded by her family, after she courageously fought to celebrate her 52nd wedding anniversary. She was born June 29, 1941 in Manistee, daughter of the late William and Helen (Gunia) Tabaczka. She attended Manistee High School and graduated with the class of 1960. Del married James Dumas on April 20, 1963 in Manistee at Guardian Angels Parish. Del was a devoted homemaker and had a love of watching birds, cheering on the Detroit Tigers and spending time with family, friends and especially enjoyed her grandchildren. Del is survived by her husband James of Manistee; daughters: Diane (Will) VanTimmeren and Michelle (Andy Klein) Sanocki both of Ludington; grandchildren Ryan (Kaitlyn) Sanocki, Morgan Sanocki and Matthew Tuka; two sisters, two brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother. A Celebration of Life Gathering for Del will be held on Saturday April 25, 2015 from 2-4 PM at Oak Grove Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Manistee.
