Peacefully at Toronto General Hospital on Friday, April 17, 2015, at the age of 70. Dearly beloved wife of Serafino. Loving mother of Robert, David (Nancy), and Andrew (Kristen). Cherished nonna of Sidney, Mia and Anthony. Dear daughter of Carmelo and Maria D'Agostino and sister of Rosa (Renzo) Subrizi, Emily (Joe) Fragomeni, Dina (Ian) Rose, and the late Tony, and sister-in-law of Anna D'Agostino. Will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. A special thank you to the staff at Toronto General Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital and Brampton Civic Hospital for the care and support of Teresa. Resting at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue, (North of Rexdale Blvd.), on Sunday and Monday from 5pm to 9pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St Benedict Church, 2194 Kipling Avenue, on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 9:30am. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
