William L. Bulley, age 79 of Ludington passed away on April 15, 2015 at his home. William was born on August 12, 1935 in Grand Rapids to the late Leonard and Marguricte (Maisonneuve Newhouse) Bulley. William retired from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant in 1972 after serving for 20 years. William is survived by his wife of 58 years Janice; children, Kenneth (Joan) Bulley, Christy Musselwhite and Jerrie (Edward) Forgeron; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Theresa DeWitt and brother Donald Davidson. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Richard Bulley. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 AM on Tuesday April 21, 2015 at Lakeview Cemetery in Ludington with Father Wayne Wheeler officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post 76 Honor Guard. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society or the National Emphysema Foundation.
