Mr. Donald Milstein November 28, 1972 – April 10, 2015   Mr. Donald (Don) Milstein, age 42, of Williamson, GA, passed away on Friday, April 10, 2015 at Emory University Hospital of Atlanta, due to complications from a complex heart surgery related to Adult Congenital Heart Disease. Don was born to Cynthia Nowinsky Guild and Kenneth Milstein in Wausau, Wisconsin. Most of his childhood and adult years were spent in Thomaston, GA. He was a 1991 graduate of R.E. Lee Institute and was employed for the past 15 years with TDK in Peachtree City. Football and fishing were two of his favorite pastimes. He was a dedicated Green Bay Packers fan who loved watching his team almost as much as he loved to laugh and make people laugh. Only family and friends would come before football and fishing. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Michelle Perdue Milstein; mother and step-father, Cynthia and Loren Guild; father Kenneth Milstein; sister, Shannon Milstein Wright; and brother and sister-in-law, Brad and April Milstein. Although he did not have children of his own, he had many nieces and nephews that he loved as if they were his own including Christian Pierce, Samantha Ramsey, Gillian Ramsey, Alex Milstein, Chloe Wright, Parker Milstein, and Addison Wright; as well as a great nephew, Zander Hunley. A celebration will be held in his memory at his home on Saturday, April 18, 2015. Anyone wishing to do so may make a donation in his memory to Emory Adult Congenital Heart Clinic in lieu of flowers.
