Taylor Crawford age 93, formerly of Berea, died Wednesday April 7, 2015 at the Thomson Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore KY. Taylor was born in Bear Branch KY to the late Farmer and Mary Crawford. Taylor was a decorated WWII US Army Veteran and had worked for the Ohio Transportation Dept. Taylor was preceded in death by his wife Cora Wilma Hyden Crawford and his son Ernest Crawford and several brothers and sisters. Taylor is survived by his sister Joan Langford of Ohio and his daughter-in-law Darlene Crawford of Lexington. Funeral services will be Thursday April 9, 2015 at 2 pm at Lakes Funeral Home, visitation will begin at 1:00 pm Thursday at Lakes Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Madison County Memorial Gardens.
