Isaiah M. Whittier, 5, of New Castle, passed away the morning of April 7, 2015. Born on December 12, 2009 in New Castle, he was the son of Cullen Whittier, Sr. and Jocelyn Burcham.

Isaiah was a preschool student.

In addition to his parents, Isaiah is survived by his brothers, Cullen Whittier, Jr. and Gabriel Whittier, both at home; paternal grandparents, Alonzo and Curlene Whittier of New Castle; maternal grandparents, Sharlene Moore and Gerald Burcham, both of New Castle; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his brother, Roman Whittier.

Calling hours are private, and a private service will be held at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S Mill St, officiated by Pastor Domenick Cestrone of New Castle Revival Center.

Interment will take place in Parkside Cemetery.
