Lucy (Cocco) Bruce Age 93, of Mount Lebanon, on Sunday, March 29, 2015. Beloved Wife of the late Paul W. Bruce, Sr.; Loving Mother of Paul W. Bruce, Jr. (Sheri), Patrick F. Bruce (Carey) and former wife Jackie Froelich, Philip Bruce, and Nancy Bruce Harris; Nana of Natalie Adametz (Mark), Paul W. Bruce III, Bryan Bruce, Sean Bruce (fiancee Linda), Kelly Crumbaker (Chris), and Lucy Curran (Jake); Great-Grandmother of Danielle, Mark, Jr., Kyle, Corey, Kate, and Bella; Sister of Rosie Sabatasse, Netta Norcia, the late Rita Cocco, and Felix Cocco. Most recently, Lucy worked at Seton LaSalle High School until her retirement at the age of 87. Prior to that, Lucy was involved with various volunteer activities at St. Bernard Parish and South Hills Catholic. Since her retirement, she lived independently, enjoying her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and lovingly passing on Italian family traditions. Thank you to the residents of Mt. Friends are welcome at 2630 West Liberty Avenue, Dormont, 15216 on Tuesday from 1-8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Miraculous Medal Church, 300 Pike Street, Meadowlands, PA 15347 (everyone please meet at church). Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Lawrenceville.
