Eugene O. “Chip” Barr, III, 60, of Winchester, died Saturday, March 14, 2015 at his home. Chip was born December 5, 1954 in Norfolk VA; the son of Eugene O. Barr, Jr. and Marye Moore Palmer Barr. He was a Foreman in commercial construction in the Northern Virginia and D.C. area. He married Bonnie L. Sturman on October 16, 1993 in Fairfax, VA. Along with his wife, he is survived by his children, Zach Barr of Winchester and Adam Dunnells of Los Angeles, CA and numerous cousins. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 W.
