Lola Mae Blair McClinton 84, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015, at her residence. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at Forkland United Methodist Church with Rev. Kenny Overstreet officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing. Burial will follow in Forkland Methodist Cemetery. Lola was born May 11, 1930, in Opp,Alabama, to the late J.D. and Fannie Mae Grimes Blair. Lola was preceded by her parents, J.D. and Fannie Mae Grimes Blair ; 1st husband, Edward G Criswell ; 2nd husband, Alfred J McClinton. Lola is survived by her son, Donald Criswell (Charlotte) of Forkland ; daughter, Sandra Sue Watts of Hanceville ; brothers, William Heywood Blair (Lois) of Calera, Daniel Wayne Blair of Runaway Branch, Al. and James Wailon Blair (Karen) of Eutaw ; 3 grandchildren ; 11 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Bill Rowley, Austin Crepps, Cavin Hollyhand, Morris Allen, Edward Blair, Joel Coley Sr., Tommy Coats and John Wilson. Honorary pallbearers are Donald Criswell, Heywood Blair, Wailon Blair, Charlotte Criswell, Jessica Barton, Sue Watts, Angela Hollyhand and Gertrude Williams. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Forkland United Methodist Church.
