Albert Eugene Weaver Jr., 84, of Winchester VA, passed away February 24, 2015. He was born in McSherrystown, PA on November 6, 1930 to his late parents Albert Eugene Sr., and Bernadette Lawrence Weaver. He graduated from Delone Catholic High School in 1949 and joined the US Air Force and worked for the US Federal Government until he retired in 1986. He married Nancy Ann Hemler on July 30, 1955, who predeceased him and then married Rebecca “Betty” P Peters on July 9, 1983. He was a Moose Lodge member and a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus lifetime member. Albert Weaver is survived by his wife, Betty, his son, Joseph Weaver (Cecilia) of Vacaville California, his daughter, Susan Dove (Ben) of Mechanicsville VA, his stepson, Steven Peters (Vickey) of Winchester VA and his grandchildren: Mary Weaver and Hope Weaver of Richmond VA, Joshua Kramer (Carrie) and Jonathan Kramer of Mechanicsville VA and two of his siblings, Rose Albertine SSJ of Flourtown, PA and Rita Foy of Southern Pines, NC. A viewing will be held at Jones Funeral Home an hour before the service. The funeral will be held at Jones Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. on February 27, 2015 with interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
