Mable Wiley, 82, of Atkins, passed away Monday, February 23, 2015, at the Atkins Nursing and Care Center. She was born April 17, 1932, in Pope County, daughter of the late Elmer and Mary Ella Lair Duvall. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of more than 50 years, Virgle Wiley. She is survived by 2 brothers, Phil Duvall of Buttermilk and Ernest Duvall of Lamar; 2 sisters, Mary Darter of Russellville and Linda Harris of Atkins; 2 sons, Virgil Newton Wiley and Robert Paul Wiley, both of Atkins; 2 daughters, Louise and husband Roger Burns of Ola, and Ruby and husband Stephen O’Bannon of Dover; 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Funeral services are 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 25, at Lemley Chapel with Rev. Bobby Judkins officiating. Burial is in Bells Chapel Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
