Joseph Robert Perry, age 49, of Stratford passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 in Milford. He was born on March 23, 1965 in Milford to the late Robert Perry and Frances Judith Smith Perry of Milford. He was employed by the Fireplaces Ect. in Milford, also working as an independent contractor and carpenter. Mr. Perry will be remembered as a dedicated husband, father and grandfather, along with his love for the outdoors, fishing and sports. Besides his mother, he is survived by his beloved wife Ariel Sneiderman Perry, daughters Shannon and Sophia, son Brody, grandson Max, brother Brad Smith, sisters Theresa Phelan and her husband Daniel and Jennifer Smith, in-laws Lew and Phyllis Sneiderman, sister and brother-in-law Shira and Thomas McCain, nephews Zack and Dylan, niece Madison and in-law Sheri Perry. Besides his father, he is predeceased by his maternal grandmother June Randazo. Calling hours are Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 11am to 1pm at the Smith Funeral Home, 135 N Broad St., Milford.
