Barbara Ann McPherson 74, of Demopolis Passed away Feb 4, 2015 at Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital.Graveside services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday Feb. 8, 2015 at Old Belmont Church with Rev. Scott Jones and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel Directing. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Funeral Home the day of the service. She was born Jan. 23, 1941, in Columbiana, Al.to the late Allie and Polly Crawford Cost. She was preceded by her parents,, Allie and Polly Crawford Cost; son, James F. McPherson; sister, Sarah Palmer; brother, Buck Cost. She is survived by her husband, James H. McPherson; daughter, Vickie Rice of Demopolis; sisters, Susan Johnson and Sheila Satterfield of Columbiana; brother, Buddy Cost of Demopolis; grandchildren; Ashley Johnson, Meredith Garner and Brandi McPherson; great grandchild, Grayson Harper Shows. Pallbearers will be Mike McPherson, Mark McPherson, Russ McPherson, Ricky McPherson, Gregg McPherson and Bud Phillips. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Old Belmont Cemetery.
