Mary Freel

Mary Elizabeth Freel, age 78 of Scottville passed away on January 26, 2015 at Tendercare of Ludington. Mary was born on January 18, 1937 in Butler Alabama to the late James Eugene and Louella Christine (Todd) Williamson. She attended Berrien Springs High School. In 1969 Mary married Wade Freel in St. Joseph. She worked hard as a homemaker to give her family a kind and loving home. She enjoyed going golfing, walking, quilting but especially enjoyed the time spent with her family. Mary is survived by her son David (Diana) Waits; stepdaughter, Julie Farnam; stepsons, Steve and Michael Freel; 7 grandchildren; 2 brothers; 3 sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; 1 sister and 3 brothers. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday February 2, 2015 at Oak Grove Funeral Home in Ludington with Pastor James Schroeder officiating.
