Lloyd Wayne “Pappy” Allen, 60, of White Post, VA, died Saturday, January 24, 2015. Mr. Allen was born April 23, 1954 in Leesburg, VA to Lloyd Albert Allen, Jr. and Mary Elizabeth Ingram Brown. Mr. Allen retired as the Maintenance Technician for Loudoun Country Day School. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the American Legion of Winchester, American Legion Riders Post 21, and the U.S. Military Vets Virginia Chapter-MC. Mr. Allen is survived by his fiancé, Tracey Orndoff Lemley, his children, David Corey Allen of Winchester, VA, Joseph William Allen of Winchester, VA, Tamara Lynn Allen of Leesburg, VA, Justin Miller Orndoff of Winchester, David William Lemley of Winchester and Marcus Jewell Lemley of Winchester; three grandchildren; Lacie Allen, Kristen Allen and David Allen; three sisters, Deborah Ann Stamper (Billy) of Warrenton , VA, Patricia Dawn Stephens (Michael) of Edinburg, VA and Nena Louise Ray of Manassas, VA; his step father Fred Brown of Lynchburg, VA and his step mother Nancy Allen of King George, VA. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Jean Carter. A funeral service will be held Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Winchester with Reverend Paul Campbell officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
