Bushman, Tena July 30, 1917 - January 20, 2015 Tena Bushman was born in Prangenau, Russia July 30, 1917 to John and Mary Neufeld (Mireau). The Lord called Tena home on Jan 20, 2015 with family by her side. Left to morn are her children Mary (Walter) Marciniuk and their children Kim (Sherry), Roger (Laurina), Corey (Sherrie), Valerie (Mitch) Driver and 11 grandchildren. Vi (Harvey) Rebalkin Ruben (Brenda) and their children Tim (Joleen), Ryan (Ange), Jodie(Steve) Johnson and nine grandchildren. Linda (Doc) McIntosh and their children Melissa (Kreig) Peters, Roxanne (Bryn) Barber, Mark and 3 grandchildren. Sister-in-law Agnes Bushman and numerous nieces and nephews throughout Canada and the US. Tena immigrated to Canada in 1926 to Dalmeny and later that year to Venn. She accepted the Lord when she was sixteen years old and was baptized two years later in 1936 in Manitou Lake. Tena met George Bushman at Philadelphia Church and they were married September of 1941. They farmed together in the Guernsey District until 1977 when they moved to Watrous. After George's passing she lived at home for awhile before moving to Jubilee court and then later on to the Lodge. She was predeceased by her husband George in 2001 and by her siblings and their spouses: Mary (Peter) Dyck Helen (Frank) Geortzen John (Tina) Neufeld Annie (Dave) Janzen Peter (Doris) Neufeld The Funeral Service will be held in Philadelphia Mennonite Brethren Church near Watrous, Saskatchewan on Saturday, January 31st at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow.
