Mr. Willie Cleveland McClendon age 58, a resident of Morton, MS., passed away on Sunday January 4, 2015 at the Lackey Memorial Hospital in Forest, MS. Visitation will be held on Friday January 9, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS and again on Saturday January 10, 2015 from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM at the Balucta M.B. Church in Forest, MS. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Larry Odom. Wolf Funeral Services is in charge of the arrangements. Mr. McClendon was a lifelong resident of Morton, MS. He was a member of the Balucta M.B. Church in Forest, MS. He worked as forklift shipper for Unipres in Forest, MS at the time of his death, formerly working at International Paper and was the owner of McCLendon Body Shop. He loved to ride motorcycles. Mr. McClendon was preceded in death by two brothers, Issac Tyrone McClendon and Robert Shepard; father, Issac Cleo McClendon. He is survived by his mother, Martha Mae McClendon of Forest, MS.; two daughters, Candace McClendon of Biloxi, MS., Nicole Boyd of Pelahatchie, MS.; four sons, Willie Cleveland McClendon II of Forest, MS., Willie Cory McClendon of Houston, TX., Benton Chase McClendon of Byram, MS., William Blake McClendon of Morton, MS.; two sisters, Annie Lloyd and husband Olia of Kingsland, GA., Barbara McClendon of Forest, MS.; three brothers, Charles Ray McClendon of Forest, MS., Otis Wayne McClendon and wife of Forest, MS., Ricky McClendon of Forest, MS.; five grandchildren, Sean Michael McClendon, Jacob Cole McClendon, Jaleah Ford, Roshea McCoy, Boston Bradley McClendon; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives; and a special loved one, Patty Thompson Westberry.
