Active in her community, she was a faithful member of St. John’s Anglican Church, Lunenburg and her local TOPS Group. She will be remembered fondly for her beautiful quilting and hooking and for the love of a good game of cards with the girls. Grace is survived by her daughters, Paulette (Edward) Himmelman, Italy Cross, Elsie (Clark) Daniels, Rhodes Corner; Elizabeth Lantz (Roger Whynot), Pleasantville; sons, Leo, LaHave Manor; David (Suzanne), Lunenburg; grandchildren, Dwight (brought up as a son) (Carol Ann), Patricia (Larry); Maxine (Sidney); Anthony (Rachel); Francis (Bridget); Amanda, Krista, Angela; great grandchildren, Landon, Weston, Wyatt, Brittany, Brett; sisters, Joan Mosher, Betty Boutilier, Jenny Richardson, all of Western Shore; brothers, Harold “Haley” Conrad, Western Shore; Mark (Pearl) Conrad, Oak Hill and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Leo, brothers, Fred, Bert and Freeman. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, 11213, Hwy #3, Lunenburg.
