William E. Dowdell, Jr., 74, of Appleton, passed away Wednesday December 17, 2014 at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. He was born September 22, 1940, in Houston, Texas, son of William Sr. and June Carrol Dowdell. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson, William Frank Dowdell. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Dowdell of Appleton, 3 sons, William Edward Dowdell of Appleton, William David Dowdell of Russellville and Stephen Wayne Dowdell of Trinty, Texas, 10 grandchildren , 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
